We are happy to announce the return of church services for the parish of St Ignatius.  It has not been possible to use our existing hall at Belfast Central Mission, so please note the new address.

The next service of Divine Liturgy will be:

Sunday 20th September 2020 11.30am

The address is

Cullen Memorial Hall, Donegall Road Methodist Church
381 Donegall Road
Belfast
BT12 6GR

We will be using the Cullen Memorial Hall, the church hall beside the Methodist church (on the right hand side of the church).  You can enter the hall directly from the street.  We are grateful to the minister and congregation of Donegall Road Methodist for their assistance and their welcome.

We will have space for about 25 worshippers with social distancing.  If you come as a household, please stand or sit together, otherwise keep 2m from one another when in church.

Communion will be given according to the instructions given by Sayedna Silouan.  There is no pressure on you to take communion if you are not satisfied, but please speak to Father John about your concerns (+353 86 791 3689).

Please wear a face covering on arrival and when moving within the building. Please use your toilet at home before travelling to minimise the use of the church toilets.

We have been advised to park on Maldon Street, to the left of the church.  The nearest railway station is City Hospital.

We will not be sharing lunch after the service.

It will be good to be worshipping together again and to receive the holy mysteries, even under these strange circumstances where we are unable to embrace one another.
